Lead Crew Member

Position is responsible for managing work crew, getting work done in a timely fashion, ensuring quality of work and doing maintenance on equipment, problem solving.
Must have reliable transportation
Needs to be able to lift 50lbs
Compensation- $18-$23/hour on experience
Full time Benefit Package- Health Benefit Reimbursement-

Production Based Bonuses

Crew Member

Position includes but is not limited to mowing, trimming edging, yard clean-ups, mulching, stone laying, fertilization, weed control, planting trees shrubs and flowers, Fall seasonal leaf clean-ups, snow/ice removal and power washing.
Must have reliable transportation.
Need to be able to lift 50lbs.
Compensation- $12-$18/hour on experience

Office Assistant

Responsible for helping with office related tasks.
Work includes answering phones, checking mail, preparing and organizing documents, performing assigned office tasks, covering shifts for management when needed. Research as directed to improve business efficiency.
Part time to start.
Must have reliable transportation.
Position can grow into office management.
Compensation- $12-$17/hour on experience

Sales Manager

Find and acquire new clients. Must be self-motivated, have good customer relations skills, organization and writing skills and have knowledge to use computers efficiently. Transportation a requirement.
